Social Security Law

Through her practice, attorney Maria Mota aims to obtain Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income Benefits accessible to those who need them. Problems with these programs are fairly common, whether it is because applications are denied or the aid provided is inappropriate given the applicant’s situation. This isn’t helped by the fact that the mechanisms to get these benefits are often confusing and unhelpful.

This is what Maria Mota is here to help with. She understands that these programs that exist to help people should actually help those who need them. Her more than 25 years of experience in social security law have cemented her status as an expert in these cases and given her the right tools to help you with yours.

Attorney Fees

Attorney fees are contingent; if benefits are not awarded, no fee is due. Fees are paid based on the past due benefits. All attorney fee arrangements must be set forth clearly in the fee agreement with your attorney and are always subject to strict approval by the Social Security Administration.
